I dont like the way the rubbish shoot from the building runs down into her head !
In fact the shot for me is closer from her waist up, the background is far to busy. and she is missing her hand !
But with a model like this at hand you should be able to correct it next time .

Brian makes some good points (as always) but the background doesn't bother me too much as it's blurred somewhat and just adds a city mood to the shot. I like her expression and you got the focus perfect. Overall, a nice shot.
